Steps for Matching:

  • Step 1: Business owners submit match requests, initiating a video call discussion with the professor to explore project suitability.
  • Step 2: Mutual approval from both parties solidifies the match on the Riipen platform.
  • Step 3: Projects are assigned to student teams, fostering collaborative group dynamics (3-4 students per team).
  • Step 4: Seamless communication unfolds on the Riipen platform, ensuring active involvement from educators, employers, and learners.

  3. Workforce Analysis: Investigate jobs, performance, skills, and attributes within an organization, culminating in a Literature Review or Applied Project.
