We are currently looking for partners in the community to partner with our Organizational Management course: Contemporary Organizational Behaviour and Theory. Students will look at how individuals are shaped and actively shape their organizational environment, and the effect of this dynamic for an organization’s success.

Students will be reaching out to you to interview you about your organization the first week of October. Attendance at virtual presentations associated with the particular course on either January 30th or February 1st

Your feedback at this presentation will help the students complete their final recommendation report, which you will receive.

Your company will listen to an initial presentation of findings and then get the report from the team which will include recommendations on how to improve functioning within the organization and the individuals within it.

Community Partners must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Be available for a quick phone call with the iExperiential Learning Facilitator to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the course.

Must be able to attend virtual presentations.

Ensure timely transfer of information and firm commitment to scheduled meetings to support project success.

Provide a dedicated contact who is available to answer periodic emails or phone calls over the duration of the project to address students' questions.
