Spencer is personable and genuinely good-hearted. During his time with us, he collaborated well in a remote setting and used his knowledge to help organize and streamline the department. His overall performance was strong, with standout technical and communication skills. However, the final stage of his reporting and analysis fell short: containing avoidable typos and documentation that lacked practical value. This outcome also reflects a shared accountability among all collaborators, who had the opportunity to review and finalize the work before submission. Despite efforts to improve, the results were already submitted—a reality of the industry that once in, it's in. The close of the project felt underwhelming and raised questions about the authenticity of the engagement, especially when contrasted with the earlier positive contributions. Moving forward, greater attention to detail will be essential.
