Fareess definitely has potential. We faced some challenges completing the project and understanding each other, but she demonstrated a knack for generating fresh ideas and owning up to mistakes. Importantly, she's eager to learn. While the student showed some respect towards me as a mentor, there were instances where there seemed to be room for improvement in that aspect. Working with students can be tough, but overall, it was a beneficial experience for both of us.
