    Autonomy, resourcefulness, technical abilities (coding, knowledge of software) ability to identify the means to achieve a goal, communication, visual representation/ interface.

    Irfan’s communication was on point. His reserve was never an obstacle. He was very easy to talk with and asked helpful questions and made timely suggestions and requests for validation that didn’t diminish his autonomy.

    Irfan worked well despite a difficult situation. I filed a criminal complaint for violence and wasn’t available most of the first two weeks. Consistent progress was seen. I believe Irfan structured his work very efficiently.

    Irfan has very good foundations for structuring and displaying data. His communication is also timely and efficient. Irfan has good foundations for understanding the customer’s / stakeholder’s goal.

    Irfan did a fantastic job. He exercised his experience building dashboards for another project and excellently captured the goals we were working on. His communication and autonomy were on point. He also navigated ambiguity where we were missing data, which isn’t easy and displayed good customer awareness.
