Riipen and Level-Up is a fantastic program and a stellar success for helping organizations grow while giving back to young students and helping them succeed further with our demanding projects that require they deal with uncertainty and autonomy and creative. We do stretch goals even when they do not what to test themselves, but who would growth is scary and uncomfortable. School is challenging enough, but our job was to make the students that are driven enough to seek our our company a chance to grow faster and succeed further than most. That is their choice and that is one of the reasons Riipen creates a stronger Canadian and US labour force ready for this challenging century.
