We held 3–4 in-depth meetings with Imranify to fully understand their envisioned system and collaboratively map out a detailed user flow through the app’s core features, accounting for every potential user interaction. As the project progressed, and due to time constraints, the client also shared resources created by a previous team. This additional material proved extremely helpful and gave us, the students, a solid starting point for our wireframe designs. Throughout the collaboration, the client maintained excellent communication. They were always open to our suggestions, respectful, and responsive. They fostered a welcoming and supportive environment that felt less formal yet highly collaborative, which allowed us to contribute creatively and confidently. Overall, it was a highly positive experience for the entire team of students, and we appreciated the opportunity to work with such engaged and cooperative partners.
