Details

Maarifa Education Holdings seeks to enhance its admissions process by implementing an AI-driven chatbot. The goal of this project is to design, build, and deploy a production-ready chatbot using Google Dialogflow ES. This chatbot will address frequently asked questions related to admissions, assist prospective students in selecting suitable programs, and facilitate lead collection. Additionally, it will have the capability to book callbacks or campus visits and escalate complex inquiries to a human representative when necessary. The project aims to streamline the admissions process, improve user experience, and increase efficiency by reducing the workload on human staff. Students will apply their classroom knowledge of AI, natural language processing, and user interface design to create a functional and user-friendly chatbot.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a fully functional AI chatbot integrated with Maarifa Education Holdings' existing systems. The chatbot should be capable of answering admissions FAQs, guiding program selection, and collecting leads. It must also have features for booking callbacks or campus visits and escalating queries to human staff when needed. A comprehensive user guide and documentation detailing the chatbot's functionalities and integration process will also be provided.
