Instagrooms aims to onboard 1000 grooms by spring 2025, enhancing its market presence and service reach. The project focuses on analyzing current onboarding processes and identifying bottlenecks that hinder groom acquisition. Learners will apply marketing and business analysis skills to develop strategies that streamline onboarding, improve user experience, and increase engagement.
