Details

LOCVM Inc. is seeking a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to expand the user base of its digital health platform. LOCVM is a centralized platform that makes it easy for clinics and hospitals to find, book, and manage temporary physician coverage, also known as locum tenens. We provide an end-to-end solution that replaces outdated, manual workflows with a streamlined digital experience. Our goal is to modernize how physician coverage works—making it faster, more compliant, and less stressful for both healthcare providers and institutions.

The goal of this project is to identify and analyze potential market segments, understand user needs, and develop targeted marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage these audiences. The project will involve researching current market trends, evaluating competitor strategies, and identifying unique value propositions that distinguish LOCVM's platform from others. Learners will apply their knowledge of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and digital marketing techniques to create a strategic plan that aligns with LOCVM's business objectives. The project will culminate in a presentation of the proposed strategy to LOCVM's leadership team.

Deliverables

What you will do:

  • Support GTM Planning across four key channels: direct sales, partnerships, digital marketing, and provider acquisition
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify priorities and validate hypotheses
  • Assist with sales prospecting and outreach to clinics and hospitals
  • Help build partnership pipelines with medical orgs and recruitment groups
  • Contribute to content creation for SEO, LinkedIn, and email marketing
  • Work with the team to grow our provider network via referral loops and onboarding
  • Track milestone progress and report on key insights

The deliverables for this project include a comprehensive go-to-market strategy document and a presentation summarizing the key findings and recommendations. The strategy document should outline target market segments, marketing channels, and promotional tactics. Additionally, a competitive analysis and a user persona profile should be included to support the strategy. The presentation should effectively communicate the strategy's potential impact on user growth and engagement.
