Details

Instagrooms, a company focused on providing innovative solutions for the equestrian community, seeks to expand its network and enhance its market presence by forming strategic partnerships with horse show venues, tack stores, and feed stores. The goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive lead generation strategy that will serve as the first point of contact with these potential partners. By leveraging classroom knowledge in marketing and business development, learners will identify key stakeholders, craft compelling outreach messages, and schedule initial meetings to discuss potential collaborations. This project will enable learners to apply their skills in market research, communication, and relationship building, while gaining insights into the equestrian industry. The project is designed to be completed by a team of learners within a single academic program, ensuring a cohesive approach to achieving the objectives.

Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a detailed lead generation plan, a list of potential partners with contact information, and a set of tailored outreach messages. Additionally, learners will be responsible for scheduling and conducting initial meetings with at least three potential partners. The final deliverable will be a report summarizing the outcomes of these meetings and providing recommendations for next steps in partnership development.
