PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET:

The goal of my company is to provide a new housing option for seniors through developing cohousing communities. Our design for the cohousing communities revolve around activities that will enhance the social life of seniors and their wellbeing.

One of our core principles is to develop these communities in a way that makes it affordable to the majority of seniors. We will need substantial investment to achieve the goals of our company. In addition to investors, we believe seniors themselves will be interested in investing in our company. We need to better communicate the new platform we are proposing and its social aspects to seniors and potential stakeholder. We need a business plan that addresses how we could develop these communities. In particular, we are struggling with the financial side of the project.

We are attaching two pictures of the design we would like to develop in addition to a Fly through video for a cohousing community. We chose a land for sale in Nova Scotia and designed a project that reflects the ideas we have in mind for cohousing communities. These pictures and fly through video for this design.

While our company is incorporated in Nova Scotia, we believe this housing option will be beneficial for seniors in all of Canada and could be implemented in cities across the country.
