Our mechanical engineering company is based in Vancouver, BC and our mission is to fight global warming and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
The main tasks include:
- Reviewing the current broadband structure
- Reviewing industry examples
- Providing recommendations for revised structure
- Developing the revised structure based on the path chosen by the project team
- Proposing broadband salary ranges based on industry data
Students will work closely with the Director of Operations and President for this project. Access to existing industry compensation survey data and documentation will be provided.
