Further Together, a company committed to fostering collaboration and growth, is undergoing a transformative phase following insights gained from the ELLA Altitude Accelerator Course. The company seeks to refine its strategies to better align with its evolving business operations and development goals. This project involves analyzing current practices, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing actionable strategies that can be implemented to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. The focus will be on leveraging classroom knowledge in marketing and business operations to assess and implement a comprehensive plan that addresses the company's unique needs. The goal is to provide a clear roadmap that Further Together can follow to achieve its marketing objectives efficiently.

Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a detailed strategy report that outlines the pros and cons of proposed improvements and strategies. The deliverables will also include the implementation, monitoring, and tweaking of the approved strategies.
