Promotions Enterprise is looking to enhance its online presence and drive more inbound traffic through effective social media strategies. The project aims to leverage social media platforms, particularly Facebook, to increase brand visibility and community engagement. Students will apply their knowledge of digital marketing and social media fundamentals to develop a comprehensive content calendar and create engaging posts tailored to the target audience. The project will also involve managing the company's Facebook group and digital community to foster interaction and build a loyal following. By focusing on strategic planning and content creation, students will help Promotions Enterprise establish a stronger online presence and improve its overall engagement metrics.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a detailed content calendar covering 4–8 weeks of planned social media posts, a comprehensive social media management plan, and actionable strategies for growing community engagement. Students will provide a report outlining their approach and recommendations for sustaining and enhancing Promotions Enterprise's digital presence.
