Project scope
- What is the main goal for this project?

Positions available: 2 individual students
As our clients continue to grow, it is important for us to help them stay up to date with tools and processes for employee and performance management. We have a desire to focus specifically on job descriptions and competency models as well as HR forms and onboarding. The goal is for these tools to be interactive, user-friendly and relevant to our clients to assist with adoption.
We want to use this opportunity to create a preliminary redesign of this tool to ensure targets, goals and performance issues are being documented and called upon.
Through this collaboration, we would like to develop a plan that addresses three key areas:
- Revised job descriptions and career ladders/pathways for each job classification
- Improved HR forms to ensure compliance and better utilization
- An improved onboarding process
