Project Title: CRM and Tech Stack Migration to GoHighLevel
Project Goal:
The main goal of this project is to fully migrate our current CRM and tech stack—including our website, active sales funnels, calendars, and automations—from ClickFunnels, Typeform, and Calendly into a streamlined, fully functional GoHighLevel system.
This will involve transferring and rebuilding all key assets, consolidating multiple sales pipelines into a single CRM with organized Opportunities, and ensuring all workflows and automations are properly configured and tested.
We expect learners to gain hands-on experience in CRM migration, funnel and workflow setup, and CRM pipeline management using GoHighLevel. This project will also help learners develop real-world skills in system architecture, operational efficiency, and tech consolidation—critical abilities for any growing business.
Thorough knowledge of GoHighLevel is required, and attention to detail will be key as we aim to declutter our tech stack and house everything in one place.
Project Deliverables:
At the end of the project, learners are expected to submit the following:
- Fully functional GoHighLevel setup, including migration of all current active sales funnels, calendars, and workflows.
- Consolidated CRM system in GoHighLevel, merging multiple sales pipelines into one organized Opportunity pipeline.
