The main goal of this project is to work with me to increase engagement and followers on Instagram using REELS and carousel posts.

The ideal candidate needs to have a working knowledge of how to shoot and edit REELS for Instagram.

The goal or objective of this project is to increase brand awareness and drive more readers to the website from Instagram. As a seasoned broadcast journalist, I will teach and mentor the student on how to take their shooting and editing skills to a new level as well as how to tell a good story using reels and provide feedback as necessary.

To successfully complete the project, candidates must produce 3 reels and 1 carousel post per week.

Tasks will include generating great ideas for REELS, shooting and editing REELS, and uploading them to the IG page. Topics for REELS will be centered around ethical fashion, zero waste living, clean beauty, sustainable technology, and sustainable living. Must have a solid understanding of sustainable living.

A solid understanding of SEO is also recommended, but I will instruct and teach the candidate how to use SEO for Instagram.

Students will have a regular call with me to go over topic ideas, finalize content and tackle any questions. This is a great opportunity for students to learn from me directly. They will also have access to some of the SEO tools that I use.
