We worked with 400+ students via Riipen last year to provide work-integrated learnings and help them develop skills and gain working experience.
Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for Human Resources students or teams.
In this project students will be able to work in the following areas:
- Recruit volunteers and interns (sourcing/screening/interviewing)
- Improving onboarding/offboarding processes, employee engagement and internal communication
We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern using these communication tools: Zoom + Swit (it's like Slack+Trello)
