Details

The Change Leader Awards, organized by The Change Leadership, aim to recognize and celebrate individuals and organizations making significant impacts in leading positive change in their organizations and communities. The project involves developing a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance the visibility and reach of the awards. The goal is to attract media coverage, secure nominations, and engage potential partners and sponsors. Learners will apply their marketing and promotional skills to create a strategic plan that aligns with the organizations's brand values and objectives. The project will focus on identifying target audiences, crafting compelling messaging, and selecting appropriate channels for promotion. By the end of the project, learners will have a clear understanding of how to effectively market an event and engage stakeholders.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a detailed marketing strategy document outlining the promotional plan for the Change Leader Awards. This will encompass target audience analysis, key messaging, and channel selection. Additionally, learners will create a media outreach plan and a list of potential partners and sponsors. The final deliverable will be a presentation summarizing the strategy and proposed execution plan, ready for implementation by OliveBlue.

The Change Leadership conferences, community, masterclasses and events have been established to help professionals and organizations cultivate a culture of ‘change leadership’ that responds better and faster to the uncertainties stemming from disruption and technology in today’s rapidly changing world.

Our vision and mission is to help professionals and organizations more effectively lead and respond to change better and faster — reducing the devastating social and economic fall-out of failed corporate and organizational change initiatives. We believe that change done right has a positive impact on lives and our communities.

Our commitment is to the mental well-being of employees and to community sustainment. Our ability to adapt and successfully lead change has a positive impact on lives and our communities, as well as creating a positive environment for our personal and mental well-being. When one part thrives, we all thrive together.
