Imagine: Ukraine Project (Phase II)

The Imagine: Ukraine project includes the development of a series of podcasts that focus on Ukraine historically and in the present. Topics include history of Ukraine, activism and Ukraine, culture, art, fashion, political infrastructure, and language. The primary audience is university students in Canada with a secondary audience within the diaspora of Ukraine. The project hosts a series of interviews included within the podcast series which are posted on a newly created and designed website that houses the podcast series, videos, and other information that supports the purpose of the project: to inform Canadian students and others about Ukraine.

Deliverables

Projects students will work on are as follows:

  • Podcast Series Development: The podcast series is develop through in-depth interviews,
  • Website Development: The creation and development of a comprehensive website that provides general information about the (Phases I-II)
  • Content Creation: Researching and writing of content for the podcast series and for the website.(Phases I-II)
  • Editing: Editing the podcasts and the videos that were created for the podcast series. (Phases II-III)
Mentorship

The students will be supported by direct supervising and advising when completing the project.
