The main objective of this project is to enhance awareness of our work and foster closer communities by effectively leveraging social media platforms. To achieve this goal, we require a social media specialist proficient in creating engaging video and written content tailored for various platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and blog posts. The specialist will play a crucial role in spreading awareness of our initiatives, fostering engagement, and ultimately building stronger and more connected communities around our work.

Deliverables
  1. Content Creation: Develop engaging video and written content tailored for various social media platforms (TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram) and blog posts.
  2. Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to devise a social media strategy aligned with project objectives and target audience.
  3. Platform Management: Maintain and update our presence on social media platforms by posting content, responding to comments, and engaging with the audience.
  4. Analytics Monitoring: Track social media analytics to evaluate content performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum reach and engagement.
Mentorship

The successful candidate will be

  • supported by the Minivillage marketing team with video check ins
  • invited to team Town Halls and Sprints for brainstorming and strategic meetings
  • given access to team collaboration tools (Google Workspace) and relevant software tools
