Scale Up Consulting is seeking to expand the capabilities of its B2B web-based application, Bizpaddy, by developing a mobile application. Bizpaddy currently helps small and medium-sized businesses manage their processes efficiently through automation. The goal of this project is to create intuitive and user-friendly UX designs for the mobile version of Bizpaddy, ensuring a seamless transition from web to mobile. The project will involve understanding the existing web application’s functionality and translating it into a mobile-friendly interface. This will provide an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of UI/UX design principles and mobile design trends. The project is designed to be completed by a team of learners specializing in UI/UX design within a single academic program.

The project deliverables include a comprehensive set of UX designs for the Bizpaddy mobile application. These designs should include wireframes, user flow diagrams, and high-fidelity mockups. Additionally, a design rationale document explaining the choices made during the design process should be provided. The deliverables will ensure that the mobile application maintains the functionality of the web app while offering an optimized user experience for mobile devices.
