The main objective of this project is to establish partnerships with brands to secure deals, discounts, and perks for residents at our customers. By doing so, the project aims to enhance the value proposition of residing at these properties by offering exclusive benefits to the residents.

Students will be tasked with reaching out to potential partners and brands, negotiating deals, and finalizing agreements to provide residents with access to a variety of incentives. The ultimate outcome expected by the end of the project is to create a network of partnerships that enrich the residential experience and contribute to resident satisfaction and retention.
