Details

We want to create a robust innovation strategy that will help us move the needle on helping people with arthritis. This project will require close collaboration with the CEO and executive team to articulate a strategy, framework, description of components, milestones and action plan for Fiscal 2021/22. Students should focus on:

  • Completing an environmental scan of current arthritis innovation
  • Creating a framework for innovation, along with description of the components
  • Recommendations for a first year action plan and milestones

We hope to implement an innovation strategy that will have impact on our mission and significantly shift the culture and brand.

Deliverables

We hope to implement changes that will help us reduce costs and accelerate innovation for several new products we are rolling out in the next year.

Mentorship

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.
