PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET:

The goal of my company is to provide a new housing option for seniors through developing cohousing communities. Our design of the cohousing communities revolve around activities that will enhance the social life of seniors and their wellbeing.

One of our core principles is to develop these communities in a way that makes it affordable to the majority of seniors. We will need substantial investment to achieve the goals of our company. In addition to investors, we believe seniors themselves will be interested in investing in our company. We would like to test potential customers attitude toward our services. Also, we need to test the hypothesis that seniors would like to invest in our project.

Another aspect of the project is that part of the development will be used for tourism, either for seniors who would like just to visit or employees who work remotely and would be interested in renting a place in a resort like environment.

I am attaching two pictures of the design I would like to develop in addition to a Fly through video for a cohousing community. We chose a land for sale in Nova Scotia and designed a project that reflects the ideas we have in mind for cohousing communities. These pictures and fly through video are for this particular land.

While our company is incorporated in Nova Scotia, we believe this housing option will be beneficial for seniors in all of Canada and could be implemented in cities across the country.
