For grooms, the journey will focus on guiding them through profile setup, job acquisition, and skill optimization, while for horse owners, it will streamline the process of finding and booking grooms. Key features will include personalized automated communication sequences, interactive videos, and gamification elements such as progress trackers and badges. The ultimate goal is to foster connections, improve user satisfaction, and increase service usage on the platform.
