Website Security Enhancement for Aceit Digital

Aceit Digital Inc. is seeking to enhance the security of its WordPress and cPanel hosted websites. The primary goal of this project is to assess the current security landscape, identify vulnerabilities, and implement robust security measures to protect against potential threats. The project will involve a comprehensive analysis of existing security protocols, followed by the planning and implementation of improvements. Learners will apply their knowledge of cybersecurity principles to develop a strategic plan that addresses identified weaknesses. The project aims to ensure that the security measures are effective and sustainable, providing a safer online environment for Aceit Digital's operations. By the end of the project, learners will have gained practical experience in cybersecurity management and reporting.

Google Workspace Security Enhancement and Documentation

Aceit Digital Inc. aims to enhance the security of its Google Workspace, WordPress, and cPanel systems. The project focuses on assessing current security measures and implementing continuous monitoring to detect and respond to incidents effectively. Create an incidence response plan. Learners will evaluate existing security protocols and propose upgrades to stay ahead of evolving threats. The project also involves creating visual documentation, such as videos or presentations, to aid the organization's staff in understanding and adapting to these security processes. This documentation will be complemented by a comprehensive Word document to ensure accessibility and ease of use. The goal is to provide a robust security framework and clear instructional materials for Aceit Digital's team.

Digital Content Creation Level Up

We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. Developing, implementing and managing our social media strategy by creating a content calendar; Researching audience preferences and discovering current trends within our demographic, reporting relevant insights; Creating (and coordinating) engaging captions and content for social media posts on various platforms; Working with social media director(s) to ensure content is informative and appealing; and scheduling content on our platforms either manually or through marketing tools.

Outreach and Onboarding Facilitator

We would like a student to help us with facilitating the activities of an outreach program for our Podcast. From prep and pre-production to release, audience engagement and continuity. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what requirements and expectations are for our organization. Ultimately, you will be working on building our podcast through collaborations with use of social media. You will work with the social media management team to create attractive content for influencers and the various platforms you will market on. Like the sound of our culture and are ready to tackle this challenge with us, then we'd love to hear from you. You'll be bringing alive a pet project that focuses on using its platform to elevate and educate on the topic of business women in the media.
