Learners at University Canada West will applying strategic management tools, current management theories and rigorous analysis to provide you with a clear picture of your current state, and recommendations on how to achieve your desired state.

  • Report on company recruitment practices, along with actionable recommendations
  • Comprehensive case study analysis of a leadership scenario within an organization.
  • Detailed report on team dynamics, including skill set evaluations and team role assignments.
  • Development of a team charter and norms to guide team interactions.
  • Creation of a strategic plan utilizing a rocket model approach for team effectiveness.
  • Accountability chart or mapping for maintaining team accountability and performance.
