Student goals and capabilities

In this course, students integrate and apply a range of multifunctional business concepts from marketing, finance, and general management fields to evaluate strategic decisions undertaken by organizations operating in international settings. Students analyze the current situation of international firms and develop potential strategic alternatives for the organization.

Working in small teams, 4th year business students will study your business and the best options for entering a new international market. They will provide an analysis of top options and provide recommendations with an implementation plan.

Please note: Your initial acceptance in this project does not guarantee that the professor will select your organization. We will be contacting each organization to ensure that the scope of the project fits the requirements of this class. Preference will be given to manufacturing or product-based organizations rather than to services.
