Dr. Ghosh was an incredible coordinator of the tutoring service as well as an excellent employer. He always ensured that we were all well-equipped with the necessary tools and supplies to maximize the benefits of the tutoring service to the students who use it. Dr. Ghosh also often checked on the status of the tutors regarding concerns or any suggestions for improvements. He regularly went above and beyond for both students and the tutors, so I greatly commend him for that!
