The program will focus on a team project or problem presented by the employer to be supported by the student’s peer working group. It will also include a chance for students to engage one-on-one with a professional with the employer they are working with. The end of the program will include a Virtual Innovations Award ceremony to showcase the most impactful projects. This program has the ability to enhance awareness of emerging career paths, build portfolios and skillsets, and provide networking opportunities . Students will be provided the opportunity to learn more about in-demand careers and develop the relevant skills and knowledge required to eventually launch their careers in these fields.
