The goal of this project is to create different roles, job postings, interview questions, job descriptions and salary for a small start-up HR coaching and consulting business. This business is called Norgus Coaching Training & Consulting and specializes in supporting Human Services organizations to build the capacity of their teams, and to have more meaningful, positive conversations with clients, especially those who feel stuck and need additional support to move toward their desired goals.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:


- An understanding of the company's mission and goals.


- Creation of proposed organizational chart, job postings, interview questions, job descriptions and salary for different roles.


- A comprehensive analysis of the job market and competitive salaries.


- A report outlining the findings of the project.



Final deliverables should include the following:


- All job postings, interview questions, job descriptions and salary information.


- A comprehensive report outlining the findings of the project.


Mentorship

Meet with students to discuss the expectations from the project, provide them with the necessary organizational resources and meet with them to review the project and provide feedback at different stages.
