The workshop should provide Human Services organizations with the tools and strategies to build the capacity of their teams, and to have more meaningful, positive conversations with clients.

As a B2C company, our primary goal is to create services that are closely aligned with our market segment’s wants and needs, so that we can maximize our sales. We are a recent start-up that needs a solid plan to launch our services. We need a solid business plan that includes the capacity to offer online learning to customers and a clear strategy to upscale our services and position us to target Canadian Markets and expand within 3-5 years to the international (Caribbean) market. This business is called Norgus Coaching Training & Consulting and specializes in supporting Human Services organizations to build the capacity of their teams, and to have more meaningful, positive conversations with clients, especially those who feel stuck and need additional support to move toward their desired goals.
