- What is the main goal for this project?

Being a woman in leadership is a lonely, solitary, dangerous pursuit that comes with enough stress of its own. Add being a mother and navigating the management of a household, and you’ll understand why 98% of mothers in leadership feel un-balanced and silently struggle with their Well-Being. Motherhood and leadership collectively are mentally, psychologically, emotionally, spiritually, and physically exhausting.
While leading those connected to them, mother leaders feel judged, guilty, and un-balanced and are trying to find safe spaces for security and love within themselves. Their facade says, “I have it all together,” but simultaneously, their personal lives, relationships, and complete well-being have fallen apart.
Join us in helping mothers in leadership put their oxygen mask on first to lead everyone around them by helping us market and discover new leads for our upcoming product launch.
The primary focus for the student will be: (Include a few examples of marketing projects as seen below)
- Conduct a full competitive landscape assessment; define our organization's brand and core value proposition; identify opportunities and threats facing our brand; assess where and how to improve our brand's presence and differentiate from our competitors.
- Recommend changes to advertising and PR materials
- Investigate our competitive landscape; perform market segmentation to identify the ideal target market.
- Evaluate our current customer base and make recommendations; review our prospect messaging, make improvement recommendations, and create new outreach content.
- Develop and implement an SEO strategy; provide content suggestions and recommendations to increase search visibility.
- Conduct an audit of our current social media presence and/or other current communication channel(s).
