Education

Here at The YOUth EmPOWERment Project we create second-to-none virtual empowerment programs designed to build confidence, resiliency and career clarity. We do this by teaching students aged 12-18+ about the limitless possibilities of entrepreneurship and connecting them to successful and hearty-centered entrepreneurs. Inspiring and empowering young people through the exploration of entrepreneurship, The You Power Project aims to bridge the gap between confusion and anxiety, to an exciting and impactful future. Founder and CEO Jessica Flynn is a multi-passionate entrepreneur with 12 years in public education. She knows the one-size-fits-all public education system is unable to deliver on a lot of what our programs are able to. We also pride ourselves on welcoming post-secondary students to help inform and build what we offer their younger peers.
