Team feedback
The Accounting Team upholds high standards. Students who utilize tutoring service often acclaim the exceptional quality of the assistance they receive. At the beginning of the project, team members visited classes to inform students of the services they offer. Every week, the tutors produce videos that address common questions and concepts encountered during their sessions. They also work closely with instructors to handle course-related matters, for example creating surveys to evaluate the quality of the tutoring service. Additionally, after each tutoring session, the tutors update a Google spreadsheet with the topics covered during their sessions. Tutors always adhere to the agreed-upon schedule, ensuring they are always available to assist students when needed.
