I loved working with the First Work team and Ashley! Everyone was quick to respond to my questions and inquiries. It was very easy to balance my internship with my school work, even though it was a stressful time trying to increase sales for the networking event that was coming up, I didn't feel like I was overworked. I liked that I was able to work with so many different people on the team, I think I improved my organizational skills and I learned more about how hectic working in Project Management could be. I think the staff at First Work remains true to their organization's mission of creating a stronger workforce. On my first day, Gabe and Ashley let me know about the courses that I could take to add to my resume, and they encouraged me to seek out new skills I wanted to learn based on my career goals which I deeply appreciated.
