Data Analysis Research
Our research lab publishes dozens of papers every year to promote projects in our field of research. Among these papers are studies detailing our labβs findings from data analysis. We would like to collaborate with students to analyze our raw datasets. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our projectβs objectives and analysis procedures. Checking for and correcting inconsistencies in the dataset. Calculating important results and plotting data in graphs and charts. Performing relevant statistical tests to determine the significance of results. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending future areas of study.

User Behavior Analysis for Enhanced Conversion
Osteorelief seeks to optimize its website to boost service bookings and massage gun sales. The project involves analyzing user behavior to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Learners will examine traffic sources, time spent on key pages such as services, blog, and product pages, as well as cart abandonment rates and demographic trends. By understanding these elements, the team will uncover insights that can guide actionable strategies to increase conversions and enhance the overall user experience. The project aims to bridge classroom knowledge with real-world application, focusing on data analysis and strategic planning within the digital marketing domain.

New Product App Marketing
Our company advertises thousands of products online. We would like to revamp our marketing as we have recently developed a new product. Together with our marketing team, we would like students to design new promotional material for this new product. Based on our insights and additional research, students will develop promotional marketing materials for our existing media and make recommendations on alternative media to consider. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our target market, products and services. Make potential users aware of the app and its value proposition. Understand the demographics, preferences, and needs of the users the app is designed for. Build excitement and anticipation before the app is launched (e.g., teaser content, email list building, social media buzz). Track the performance of marketing efforts and adjust strategies based on data (e.g., app installs, user behavior, conversion rates). Assessing our existing marketing strategy and efforts. Recommending marketing tactics to promote our new product such as exclusive previews and introductory offers. Designing promotional material for various media. Making multiple versions of marketing materials and testing them for comparison.

Mobile App UI / UX Design & Prototype For Osteorelief App
Our company would like to explore designing a prototype for a native mobile application version of our current web based product. We currently have a lot of traffic to our product via the web and we would like to start to attempt to capture some of that user activity via a mobile application. Tasks may include: Conducting background research on our existing web application for the product. Take from current website and implement a ux/ui design for the mobile app. Research different other mobile apps ux design and come up with unique features that customers can use on the app. Identifying key areas of our current product and how they might translate to a mobile application. Learning and using various software design tools. We strongly recommend students learn how to use Figma as this is the latest and greatest tool currently available. Creation of a screen by screen UX / UI prototype of a native mobile application which can be used on both iOS and Android Conducting UX / UI testing with real potential users potentially involving paper prototypes or other software tools to support this
