Working with Flip & Floss has been such a rewarding and unique experience. From the very beginning, the team created a collaborative space where ideas were welcomed and creativity was encouraged. Communication was smooth and consistent, which made it easy to stay aligned on our main goal—boosting engagement through gamification for Flip Academy. I really appreciated how supportive the process felt. Deadlines were respected, feedback was constructive, and there was always a shared drive to deliver high-quality work. On top of that, working with Andre and Miguel was a highlight as they were approachable, motivating, and made every interaction enjoyable. All in all, Flip & Floss struck a great balance of professionalism and creativity. I’m truly grateful for the chance to be part of this project and would love to collaborate with them again in the future.

Working with Flip & Floss on the Gamified Financial Literacy Enhancement project was an enriching and collaborative experience. The team demonstrated a clear vision to revolutionize financial education for young learners and fostered an environment of open communication and creativity. The employers provided a well-defined objective of making financial education engaging through gamification, which ensured alignment across the design process. They welcomed new ideas and gave timely feedback, enabling iterative improvements in wireframes, prototypes, and design solutions. Their dedication to empowering students with practical financial skills made the design work feel meaningful and purpose-driven. Expectations were transparent, meetings were well-structured, and collaboration across research, design, and testing was efficient. Overall, the experience was highly positive and rewarding. Partnering with Flip & Floss not only allowed me to apply UX/UI design skills in gamification and Edtech, but also provided the opportunity to contribute to a product with the potential for real-world impact on financial literacy.

I truly enjoyed working with the Flip & Floss team on this project. Andre’s responsiveness, support, and thoughtful feedback on our milestone deliverables were invaluable in helping us refine the prototypes throughout the process. It was rewarding to contribute to such an impactful mission — teaching financial literacy to young students — and enhancing the gamification elements made the experience both unique and exciting for me.

Although the system wouldn’t allow me to give a full five stars, my experience working with the Flip & Floss team was nothing short of amazing. Their passion for improving financial literacy in today’s youth is clear in everything they do. One of the things I appreciated most was the environment they created during our weekly meetings. They encouraged open dialogue, welcomed our thoughts and ideas, and gave feedback in a way that was always professional and filled with enthusiasm. We never felt discouraged, in fact, they often praised our efforts and made us feel valued throughout the entire process. I’m excited to see how Flip & Floss continues to grow and make a meaningful impact.

While we were unfortunately unable to proceed with the project due to unexpected enrollment and team formation issues on our side, I very much appreciated the initial meeting with Andre-- this would have been an awesome project for the students!
