Investment Readiness: Business and Valuation Model Development
Anvil Business Center Inc. is seeking to enhance its investment readiness by developing a comprehensive business and valuation model. The goal of this project is to create a robust financial model that accurately reflects the company's current and projected financial health, which will be used to attract investment through a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE). Additionally, the project involves creating a compelling pitch deck and a detailed prospectus to effectively communicate the company's value proposition to potential investors. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of financial modeling, business strategy, and investment principles in a real-world context. The tasks are closely related and can be completed within the timeframe of 80 hours by a team of students from a business or finance program.

Investor Data Entry
To research, list and upload details of all funding sources (public and private) in OECD countries including but not limited to grants, equity, credit, mezzanine offered by governments, private equity, venture capital, angel groups, family offices, trusts, NGOs, social enterprises, incubators, accelerators and HNIs, targeted at start-ups, SMBs, minority businesses and Africa based businesses. The project shall list the funding source, type of funding, eligibility criteria, application process, application time frame, frequency and contact details (including location of source)

Interactive website for corporation
Build an interactive website to inform, engage and generate leads for corporation. The website should seamlessly link to all the corporations social media handles through a newsletter or blog section. It should have capability to host audio/visual content and have a well laid out funnel landing page equipped with an AI curated chatbot and auto responder that generates leads and engages visitors to the website.

Rebranding of web app
The central aim of this project is to revamp the company's website, infusing it with a contemporary appeal to captivate its intended audience. Students are anticipated to achieve the following outcomes: gaining an in-depth understanding of the company's user-centric problem-solving approach, crafting personas through extensive user research focused on the target audience, producing a low-fidelity prototype for the website's rebranding, advancing to a high-fidelity prototype based on the approved initial design, and ultimately, developing the website with a modern aesthetic, complemented by meticulously designed sitemaps.
