We want students to help us develop a digital marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like for you to create media for our platforms to help them grow and develop. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How should we promote our company? What social media channels should we utilize? What budget is appropriate for advertising? What videos should we make?

Blogging
Our company advertises thousands of products online. We want to create a blog to strengthen our marketing. We would like to collaborate with students to create blog posts that drive more traffic to our website. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our goals, target market, products and services. Recommending topics for our blog posts. Drafting blog posts relevant to our business. Revising blog posts based on feedback. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending ways to market our blog.

Fundraising Plan
Our organization is committed to serving our target population. However, we are currently facing funding challenges. We would like to collaborate with students to develop a fundraising plan to meet our goals. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our mission, values and goals. Familiarizing themselves with our past fundraising activities and donors. Conducting background research on fundraising strategies. Recommending suitable fundraising strategies and creating a timeline / calendar of these activities. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Assisting in implementing new fundraising activities.

Foreign Marketing
Our company advertises thousands of products online. We would like to revamp our marketing as we have recently expanded into a foreign market. Together with our marketing team, we would like students to design new promotional material for the foreign market. Based on our insights and additional research, students will develop promotional marketing materials for our existing media and make recommendations on alternative media to consider. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching the foreign market where we have recently expanded. Assessing our existing marketing strategy and efforts. Recommending new marketing tactics. Designing promotional material for various media. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Making multiple versions of marketing materials and testing them for comparison.

Website Development
We would like to work with students to develop a new website that is easy to maintain while providing an appealing interface for users. This can be achieved through common site building tools such as Wix, Webflow, and WordPress. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching different site-building tools and their associated advantages / disadvantages. Conducting a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable. Building a website, with our assistance in providing the content. Providing training on updating and maintaining the website. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Testing prototypes with customers and refining ideas with feedback.

Data Analysis Research
We would like to collaborate with students to analyze our raw datasets. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our project’s objectives and analysis procedures. Checking for and correcting inconsistencies in the dataset. Calculating important results and plotting data in graphs and charts. Performing relevant statistical tests to determine the significance of results. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending future areas of study.

Customer Journey Mapping
We would like to understand our strengths and areas of improvement from a customer perspective. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Conducting background research on customer journey mapping, our products and customers. Analyzing customer responses from surveys and interviews. Defining the phases and touchpoints of the purchasing process. Incorporating user actions, emotions, goals, and pain points in the customer journey map. Proposing solutions to minimize pain points while meeting business goals. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Developing multiple customer journey maps to account for different experiences and paths.
