The Team submitted 5 documents including a comprehensive summary, general and specific education materials, and evaluation of our existing policies and practices. The documents are clear and concise. There are actionable items laid out with links to supporting material. Our objectives and questions were all addressed. The Team even made time to meet with our staff after the due date to walk thru the materials and answer any questions. It is pretty remarkable quality considering the brief time alotted for the project. Sierra Club Canada is very pleased with our results.
