RepairFind.ca, a platform connecting homeowners with reliable contractors, is seeking to enhance its social media presence in a competitive local services market. The goal is to increase brand awareness, attract more homeowners, and boost contractor engagement. The project involves designing a strategic social media marketing campaign tailored to RepairFind.ca's unique goals and audience. Students will analyze current social media trends, identify key performance indicators, and develop creative content strategies. The project will provide learners with the opportunity to apply their classroom knowledge in digital marketing, social media analytics, and content creation. By focusing on a cohesive and targeted approach, the project aims to position RepairFind.ca as a leader in the local services space. This project will involve several key steps: Familiarizing themselves with RepairFind.ca’s platform, value proposition, campaign objectives, and target users (homeowners and contractors). Planning effective campaign content strategies for each relevant channel (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn). Creating engaging content such as explainer videos, testimonials, before/after repair stories, and educational posts. Identifying key performance metrics to monitor and optimize throughout the campaign.
