Fundraising Plan

Our organization is committed to serving our target population. However, we are currently facing funding challenges. We would like to collaborate with students to develop a fundraising plan to meet our goals. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our mission, values and goals. Familiarizing themselves with our past fundraising activities and donors. Conducting background research on fundraising strategies. Recommending suitable fundraising strategies and creating a timeline / calendar of these activities. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Assisting in implementing new fundraising activities.

Analyzing Industry Data

Our company would like to analyze medical data. We believe we know a lot about our consumers and target consumer base, but we need to look beyond the buyer and examine our industry. We would like to collaborate with students to identify key market trends and assist in our go-forward plans. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our products, target market, and industry. Analyzing growth trends, stagnation patterns and decline analytics. Identifying areas of promising innovation and areas that are slowing down. Mobile App Development

We want to make an app where we can connect with our donars. We would like to collaborate with students to implement some app updates. These updates will help us provide new features and fix bugs. Identifying updates that should be added to our app. Implementing and documenting changes. Recommending areas for future app improvement.

Data Analysis Research

We would like to collaborate with students to analyze our raw datasets. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our project’s objectives and analysis procedures. Checking for and correcting inconsistencies in the dataset. Calculating important results and plotting data in graphs and charts. Customer Journey Mapping

The main problem we are trying to solve is to improve our understanding of user experiences. We would like to understand our strengths and areas of improvement from a customer perspective. New Demographic Marketing

Our company advertises thousands of products online. We would like to revamp our marketing as we want to reach a new customer demographic. Together with our marketing team, we would like students to design new promotional material for this demographic. Based on our insights and additional research, students will develop promotional marketing materials for our existing media and make recommendations on alternative media to consider. Tasks include: Familiarizing themselves with our target market, products and services. Researching the new customer demographic that we would like to reach. Assessing our existing marketing strategy and efforts. Recommending marketing tactics to attract new customers. Designing promotional material for various media. Making multiple versions of marketing materials and testing them for comparison. Recommending other demographics to consider in the future.
