Eco2Bureau is seeking to optimize its order fulfillment processes by evaluating the cost-effectiveness of two different strategies: internal warehousing versus a partial drop shipping method. The project aims to map out the current order fulfillment processes, identifying key steps and stakeholders involved. By analyzing the costs associated with each method, the project will provide insights into potential savings and efficiency improvements. The goal is to enable Eco2Bureau to make informed decisions about their logistics strategy, balancing cost, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of supply chain management, cost analysis, and process mapping in a real-world context. - Map out current order fulfillment processes. - Analyze cost implications of internal warehousing vs. partial drop shipping. - Identify potential areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements. - Provide recommendations for optimizing order fulfillment strategy. AI Chatbot Deployment and Training
After our first project is completed, which pertains to reaearching and selecting a suitable AI model(s) for our chatbot/analytical needs, Eco2Bureau is looking to enhance its customer interaction capabilities by deploying an AI-driven chatbot on its servers. The goal of this project is to set up an AI model specifically designed for chatbot usage, which will streamline customer service operations and improve user experience. The project involves configuring the AI model on Eco2Bureau's existing server infrastructure and training it to handle common customer queries effectively. This will allow the company to provide instant, accurate responses to customer inquiries, reducing the workload on human agents and increasing overall efficiency. The project will require learners to apply their knowledge of AI, machine learning, and server management to achieve a seamless integration of the chatbot into the company's systems.

AI Model Evaluation for Eco2Bureau's Chatbot and Analysis Tools
Eco2Bureau aims to enhance its website's user experience by integrating an AI chatbot to assist clients in navigating the site, making purchases, and accessing product and company information. Additionally, the company seeks to leverage AI for accounting and e-commerce analysis. The project involves evaluating various open-source AI models to determine their suitability for these tasks. Students will assess the models based on criteria such as accuracy, ease of integration, and performance. Furthermore, the project will explore the hardware requirements necessary for implementing these AI solutions on a small scale. The goal is to identify the most effective AI model that aligns with Eco2Bureau's needs while ensuring efficient resource utilization.

Eco2Bureau Wiki Integration and Enhancement
Eco2Bureau seeks to enhance its digital presence by integrating a wiki platform as an extension of its existing website. The primary goal is to establish a seamless connection between the main website and the wiki, allowing for both public-facing and private content. The project involves setting up a user-friendly wiki using DokuWiki or another suitable platform, ensuring that the wiki pages align with the company's branding. Students will be tasked with creating intuitive navigation paths to facilitate smooth transitions between the website and the wiki. Additionally, the project will require testing the user flow to ensure a cohesive user experience. Finally, a comprehensive user guide will be developed to assist Eco2Bureau staff in creating and managing new content on the wiki.
