Outstanding Leadership and Support – A Huge Thank You to Gina! Working under Gina’s guidance on the Raising Radiant Girls podcast project has been an incredible experience. From the very beginning, Gina provided clear expectations and structured guidance, making it easy to understand our goals and responsibilities. Working with Radiant Girls on this project has been a truly enriching experience. The team was professional and supportive, and I appreciated the opportunity to grow my skills in a collaborative setting. That said, I do believe communication could be improved Slack wasn’t always the most effective tool, and response times were sometimes delayed. Despite this, I remained committed to delivering quality content and clearly communicated my goals from the beginning. I consistently met those expectations, participated in all meetings, and am proud of the work I contributed.

Working alongside Gina Faubert, CEO of Radiant Girls, has truly been one of the most enriching experiences of my career. Her work, including the camps and resources she offers to young girls and women, has played a pivotal role in my own personal growth and boosted my confidence. Gina is a dedicated, empowering CEO/founder. She truly gives her all to Radiant Girls, and it shows in every step. Her dedication to the team, but also to provide the highest quality events/programs for RG is evident in everything she does. I enjoyed working with Gina, and feeling inspired in the ideating process. Creating an ambassador program from scratch, and launching in such a short time was challenging, but with Gina's help, I am confident in the success of it!

From day one, she’s been super supportive and open to new ideas, which makes working on the marketing team really fun and creative.
