Our organization is planning to launch an important campaign on mental health issues, specifically the youth. We believe this project will include: Virtually facilitating a support group for individuals with addiction or mental health issues Being a 'friendly visitor' to socially isolated individuals such as individuals struggling with mental health issues Promoting mental health within communities Community outreach, engagement, and/or community development Social justice and/or advocacy work, including social policy research and/or advocacy

Project Events Manager

Voice Over Script writing
Our organization wants to create a simple video using images that we already have. We would like to collaborate with students to help us tell a compelling story through this video. Based on our desired outcomes and the selected images, we would like the students to write scripts.

Marketing Strategy Plan
We want students to help us build a marketing strategy plan to grow and engage our target market: The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How do students currently perceive our brand and marketing, based on publicly available information about our company? What channels should we utilize for promotion, including ones we are not currently using? What budget is appropriate for advertising, given our goals? How could our messaging be updated to better explain our value proposition

Research Assistant
The research assistants will support the research initiatives under the guidance of research faculty. Areas of inquiry including: Examples: political economy, immigration and labour markets, international trade, healthcare, urban development.

Business Administration
The primary focus for the student will be: (Remove any that don't apply) Strategy - Develop an implementation plan for entering a new market; develop a go-to-market strategy; identify new funding and grant opportunities, write proposals. Operations - Recommend process improvements or redesign processes; develop improvements to supply chain processes; introduce quality assurance into our internal processes. Marketing - Complete a full customer, competitor, market, and environmental analysis; complete a marketing strategy review; design a new marketing strategy (product, place, price, and promotion); Sales - Design a new/improved prospecting process for our sales team; design a new/improved pricing or service structure.
