Working with the Cavendish University consulting team on the Teamflect implementation project has been a highly positive and productive experience. From the outset, the team demonstrated a strong understanding of our project goals and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the engagement. The documents provided (including the change management strategy, communication plan, resistance management report, leadership support strategy, and evaluation framework) were thoughtful, well-structured, and grounded in practical application.
