Project feedback
I appreciated the opportunity to contribute to the AI-Assistant App for Cybersecurity project. The project involved exposure to many industry standard tools which provided learning opportunities in both technical and collaborative aspects. But overall the experience helped me understand the importance of clear documentation, requirements gathering, and following structured workflows when working on real-world projects.

Project feedback
Throughout this capstone project, the Victoria demonstrated exceptional professionalism and clarity in articulating her vision and requirements for the AI-powered cybersecurity solutions. Her ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications was instrumental in keeping the project focused and aligned with organizational objectives. What particularly stood out was her openness to discussion and willingness to reassess different approaches as the project evolved. Rather than rigidly adhering to initial concepts, she demonstrated adaptive leadership by encouraging exploration of alternative solutions when technical or business considerations warranted course corrections. This collaborative mindset created an environment where innovation could flourish while maintaining practical feasibility. The CISO's availability was crucial to the project's success. She consistently provided timely feedback, clarified requirements, and offered strategic guidance that helped navigate complex decisions around AI implementation, compliance frameworks, and user experience design. Her support was neither overwhelming nor insufficient—she struck the perfect balance of providing direction while allowing for independent problem-solving and learning. Based on this experience, I would eagerly work with her again on future initiatives. Her leadership style fosters both professional growth and project success. For fellow students or professionals seeking opportunities in Cybersecurity and AI, I would highly recommend engaging with IRM Consulting. Their projects offer exceptional learning opportunities at the intersection of emerging technologies and critical business needs. The combination of challenging, real-world problems and supportive leadership makes IRM an ideal environment for anyone looking to gain practical knowledge in cybersecurity frameworks, AI agentic models, and the strategic implementation of technology solutions in professional services environments.

Project feedback
It was a remarkable opportunity to collaborate with the company on this AI-based project. The project manager was well-versed in the project and considered various platforms to minimize unnecessary initial time, allowing students to concentrate better on development. In terms of the platforms and development tools, students were either already familiar with these platforms or able to learn them quickly. The project manager conducted weekly meetings and was always willing to spend time discussing any issues with the project. This project combined practical work with scenarios that connect academic learning to real-world applications.
